Welcome to BookBitesLab. By downloading, installing, or using the BookBitesLab mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

1. License

BookBitesLab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

• Not use the app to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including summaries, graphics, text, and code, is the property of BookBitesLab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app or its content without written permission.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms as presented within the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You may manage or cancel your subscription through your respective app store account settings.

5. Content Accuracy and Use

Book summaries and related content provided in the app are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or exact interpretation of the original works.

6. Termination

BookBitesLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” BookBitesLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookBitesLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
